4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full Refunds: We offer a full refund if a cancellation request is made at least five days prior to the check-in date.
• Full Refunds Due to External Factors: In cases where a trip or service is canceled due to natural conditions, government restrictions, or technical failures, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Liability

• Health and Safety: Guri Enterprises SH.P.K. and Guri Tours are not liable for any health issues or accidents that may occur during our trips or services. While we may provide assistance in case of emergency, we are not obligated to do so, especially if our staff does not feel confident in their ability to assist. Life vests and fire extinguishers are available on our boats, but we do not provide medical equipment.
